I had to cut them out for a couple of years because of my own auto-immune condition, psoriasis. (Cleared right up after that too.) I've got them back in the diet now, but am being very watchful.<br /><br />It's fascinating that so many of the same foods get implicated in things like this.<br /><br />I really hope your doctors can help get this problem under control, and you can have peace and health.
