Medication Issues

I think that I started to have an allergic reaction to the Lyrica which I was trying for my Fibromyalgia. I have stopped taking it but I still am really miserable and dealing with a lot of the allergic reaction type symptoms that I was having. Add on to that the pain levels have increased dramatically since starting and then stopping this medication.

I am still waiting on the doctor to get back with me about what is going on... I wish that she would call already!

I think that I will go ahead and start the next drug to try and hope for better results.

  1. Sorry to hear about the troubles you are dealing with on that medication. Hopefully you hear from your doctor soon so she can get something that works better for you. Take care!

  3. I'm sorry to hear you're having troubles with the meds. Some seem to do well on it.

I can't remember if I've asked you this before. Do you do any therapeutic swimming? I've heard it's good for fibro and arthur? Light and easy on your joints etc.

What do you make of the changes at EC? Seems we're constantly adjusting. From Today to EC...still have my today blog, though expect to be given notice again thats it's been made inactive. Which is ok I guess. I can't keep them all up and going. I had them re-activate it for me twice; but...the topic I choice takes too much thought and time. Oh well

  5. I just had a reaction to epinephrine at the dentist yesterday. Drugs are risky interactions. Nice to see you again Stephanie!
